Warranty
A two-year legal guarentee is provided by EU law, covering defects in materials and workmanship starting from the delivery date. Damage caused by incorrect installation, use, modifications or repair by any third party; (b) damage caused by any party (except Supplier) or other external force; (c) fitness for any particular purpose; (d) any Products which are used combined with or as part of other products manufactured by third parties are not covered.
Fixed delivery fee
We exclusively ship to the EEA. Depending on the country and package size, we utilize either PostNL or DPD for shipping. Packages are typically shipped within 1-2 days, excluding weekends. In case of any exceptions, we will proactively reach out to inform you and offer appropiate assistance.
Right of withdrawel
The item can be returned within 14 days of delivery without providing a reason. It is expected that the product is handled carefully during this period. Costs for the right of withdrawal are not covered unless specified in writing.
